This mix of the track has a kinda funky indie vibe going down. Haunting vocals from Gwen add a nice contrast to the guitar, with the wurlitzer giving the track a bit more depth. enjoy. B-)

Def Loop has been messing around, creating tracks on his computer, for the past twelve years. His musical background goes back to the late seventies, when he played drums in a multi racial reggae band. He took his first steps into dj'ing twenty-six years ago, playing at parties & was the original resident dj at the rave at the cave in South London in 1988, (& was later joined by Ellis Dee). Def Loop is one of several alias' used by the artist for his music. The music is a hobby &, as he has built up a large collection of tunes, Def Loop has decided to start mastering & uploading them to the internet.

Story behind the song
This one was originally written by some friends & myself way back in 1998. I came across a cd with this track on it earlier this year, so I took parts of the original audio, (including the vocals by Gwen), & this time built the track into a kinda funky/indie vibe. I took the audio of the acoustic guitar & put it through the Guitar Rig effect to add some oomph to the track. I hope you enjoy. B-)
Lyrics
Move over heartache, there's no room in my life for you. You've come to the wrong place, 'cause you & I are finally through. You keep hangin', keep hangin', keep hangin' around, keep hangin' round my front door. You keep hangin', keep hangin', keep hangin' around, you know you're not welcome anymore.
