I wrote this song a long time a ago about my two older brothers who died in 1979, and 1980. In the photograph here, Jimmy's the one sitting with the white shirt, Stevie's getting up.

I'm a fifty nine year old musician. I play guitar, harmonica, and I sing.
My music, I hope, will not die when I die. I'm trying to create a legacy that my kids can listen to as well as other people should they want to. I'm getting pretty old, and my health is not good. But yeah. That about sums up my music thing. That looks more like an obituary. My brother Jimmy got me playing as a teenager, and he went to be with the Lord, as well as my brother Steve, but my love for music has not ceased. Not at all.

Story behind the song
My friend, Terri says that this song reminds her of back when Stevie and her oldest son , Gerald (Butchie) Grauer, ( AKA Jerry Long) were alive. "Hi Joe , Just wanted to say I went to see Steve and my son Jerry today. Just to make sure they know I care." They are buried in the same graveyard in Connecticut.
