I Saw Ya (they must be wrong)
Talk about spontaneous combustion, I have no idea where this idea came from. Just started noodling on my MOTIF with some organ drum lines and Badda Bing! Took about 40 minutes to knock it out...

Lyrics
I Saw Ya (they must be wrong)
I thought I saw ya, at the crack' a dawn
You were standin' out on my lawn
Reached for the cam'ra then you were gone
But I saw ya, yes I know I did
Nobody I know, sees you anymore
But I saw ya, at the grocery store
Don't know how ya stay, always an isle away
But I saw ya, yes I know I did
Chorus
When friends talk it's not for long
They say I see ya, in a mind that's gone
Then they say, they got to run along
Well then I see you again
So they must be wrong
Cause I saw ya, in a parkin' lot
An' I told 'em, you were lookin' hot
Asked if they had, but they had not
Well I saw ya, yes I know I did
Chorus
Well when friends talk, it's not for long
They say I saw ya, in a mind that's gone
Then they say, they got to run along
Well then I see you again
So they must be wrong
Out
Cause I saw ya, I know I did
In a passin' car, I saw ya
I saw ya, they must be wrong
In a shooting star, they must be wrong
Well I saw ya, walkin' in the park
They must be wrong, just after dark
I saw ya, at the last concert, they must be wrong
Wearin' my old shirt,
I saw ya, they must be wrong
I know I saw ya, they must be wrong
I saw ya, I know I did
They must be wrong, I saw ya
I know I did, I saw ya (fades out)
