Jesus The Healer….

She lived under the bridge behind the Greyhound Bus Lines in the heart of Atlanta, GA, for sometimes months sleeping on cardboard boxes for a makeshift mattress doing whatever it took to survive. In spite of the prolonged binges, she 'knew' that there was hope, and that there would be a way out... but only thru the "Lord and Saviour", Jesus Christ. This is where the lyrics of 'Jesus the Healer' was birthed, between the midnight and early morning hours...in the streets,...trying to score a 'hit' of drugs... in spite of it all she knew that Jesus would deliver her, but first, she had to be 'healed'.
In and out of churches playing the piano, when she would be 'sober', only served as a 'mask' to inner-hurt, and pain that had snowballed for years.
Today, She is a year and 4 months clean of drugs, prostitution, and being a 'menace to society' in a nut shell. Having a passion to promote awareness to society of the 'outcasts' who are pretty much swept under the rug, she currently promotes inspirational music videos at Bari-Brose Records, who "spotlights" the hurt and broken.
