Story behind the song
Laine and Lorrieann wrote this song sitting in the Studio with Producer Mark Dreyer, It was in Oct, Mark said with the release of you Cd being so close to Christmas why don't you write a Christmas song. So Mark was called out of the Studio, Laine and Lorrieann began to write. Words just poured out cause in 40 minutes Country Christmas was written. Mark returned to find we had the words, now we needed the music, with in a few hours we had a pretty good Ideal of the words and the sound. The tune was a Country Swing. Laine recorded the song twice the second take is the song on the Cd. Producer Mark Dreyer played the Guitars, Keyboard ,bass, and we have a amazing fresh up tempo Christmas Song, we sold every copy of the single we printed at the first show, so we decided to put it on Laines Cd "Out Going Male"
