it was after a conversation about how every one thinks in 2 or 4 in western music. 3 is like topping. this song has lots of topping but is in 4 but phrasing 3 repeating with varying 2 3 and 4 song structure as well as slow polyrhthmic bells pushing and pulling the different dimensions of 2 and 3.
