For long was our oppression Enslaved and without hope ‘Til He came with a promise, sent by G-d And He challenged our oppressor For ‘The firstborn Son would die’ And in this death, He promised us new life (*Repeat Chorus) So we gathered together As they raised the Sacrificed Lamb For His Blood was our refuge from death Then they took our Afikomen And wrapped in linen, they hid Him away And with His blood, our Father redeems our lives from sin Why is this Man different from any other Man?
