Story behind the song
A collaboration with Ralph Atkinson. Vocals, harmonies and additional lyrics by Ralph, who also added the electric lead guitar. http://www.soundclick.com/RalphAtkinson
Lyrics
A bottle of wine, a table for two As the sun went down. A balcony view, over the bay As the band played on. Then I looked at you, and you looked at me, Remember Oh how I remember, remember when. Then we took a stroll, down on the beach As the night came down When up came the moon, along came a breeze And our hats sailed off Then I laughed at you, and you laughed at me Remember Oh do you remember, remember when. (Wa-hoo) We're older but no worse for the weather (Wa-hoo) And happy to lose our minds together When we fell in love down by the sea Remember Oh, how I remember Remember when .................

So nostalgic in both music and lyrics. Everything is working perfectly here. I like the old fashioned way the vocals have been put here, with thanks to Ralph.

Perfect in every way awesome job loving the horn parts, Tim the Djangomeister and those lovely barber shop harmonies and inspired tambourine parts to die for. Should have been a hit in 1952
