I'm not gonna hide it on this one. There is a lot of pain going on in here, then acceptance of the situation. I went into writing this song with a destructive look. The tuning is crazy... I'm not sure that it's even a real tuning. I wanted to ruin it and make it ugly yet pretty at the same time. I think Colin is responsible for the majority of the prettiness going on in the song with the delayed guitar, which worked wonderfully with my vision of how the song would turn out. All in all it's another twisted song. (Lynne)
