Snow Patrol cover especially for Kara
Story behind the song
Original version released 2004. Our version recorded at the Soundroom summer 2010. MM drums, backing vocals and lead guitar, AM rhythm guitar and backing vocals, PC bass and lead vocal. Mostly done 'as live' but the lead guitar WAS dubbed (as there are only 3 of us!).
A song AM and I have done live at open-mics once or twice, although 'Run' was the first SP song we did in 2005 when I played the very easy lead. At the Boro' Arms, our second-ever song. (The first was 'Wonderwall', I know you're going to ask! On which I also played that little bit of lead at the very end).
I'm not entirely happy with my vocal on this track but I couldn't do it any better (at that time at least - now? probably worse)!
