Story behind the song
Years after I broke up with my High School Sweetheart, I decided to go to the house where she used to live, then I decided to walk up the streets that I used to go along to get to her house & back, when I used to hitchhike to the nearest major intersection almost every day to see her. It felt eerie, like I could still hear the sound of my old cowboy boots ckicking down the sidewalks. I heard the song by Sting, Walking On The Moon, where he says,"Walking home from your house,Walking on the moon.", & that's how it felt. That inspired this song.
