One man, One acoustic guitar, One Computer, One Looping Program..... Doing things entirely the wrong way.
Starting at the turn of the new year, 2012, Harmonolith was created in Helmand, Afghanistan. I had an acoustic guitar sent out to me at the beginning of this 2nd Deployment and proceeded to keep up my chops. I decided enough was enough and I needed to start getting music down on paper (so to speak). During this time in this godforsaken country, I had been listening to a lot more electronic music than I usually do. Most of that is due to Skrillex. I would sit at my computer with FL Studio 10 opened up, and just let the tunes go from my head onto the screen. Hope you like it.

Story behind the song
This song came about one day in Afghanistan, I had been drifting away from Metal for a while, and listening to a lot of Dubstep and the such. I don't entirely know how this song came about. But the name comes from my time in this country drawing near to close. I need to Remake myself in order to become successful as a civilian when I leave this Marine Corps.
