Acoustic guitars with Bob's awesome vocals telling a story.
Artist picture
In July of 2004 Bob Verri traveled from Las Vegas Nevada to record at Fiore Studios in Pittsburgh PA. He had a suitcase full of awesome songs. Bob really knows how to tell a story. With his full bodied and very heartfelt voice along with pro songwriting skills, he really knows how to deliver and tug on them old heart strings. Add John Fiore on guitars and background vocals, and Rhonda Watson on lead and background vocals, and a little magic happened. Bob is extremely sincere and between the three of us, a whole lot of love went into all of these songs. Produced by John Fiore and Rhonda Watson at Fiore studios in Murrysville PA.

Story behind the song
Bob went to see Elton John and it stirred up some scary thoughts for him. It was during a time when he couldn't play due to a hand injury. This made Bob reflect on his carrer. Made him worry that his music carrer was over. (far from it Bob!!)
Lyrics
I saw a man tonight raised the curtain on a past of mine. A time when living was so good and fine. Is it all behind, behind me now. Thought of yesterday when life's shadows were in front of me. Now they're all around for me to see and they're haunting me right now. Why can't we be happy and just live our lives today. Stop tryin' to turn back the hands the time. If we'd only realize that tomorrow's yesterdays are the times we're living in right now. Saw a man tonight raised the curtain on a past of mine. A time when living was so good and fine. Is it all behind, behind me now. Is it all behind, behind me now.
