It's about the songs. I'm not so much a singer-songwriter as a songwriter-singer. I do not fit into a genre. The genre fits the song. They range from rock to country ditties, from standard lounge ballads to power pop, from blue-eyed r&b to country rock. I sing almost all the vocals and play almost all the music (mostly on keyboard) but, as I said, it's about the songs.

Story behind the song
This track is a band version of a remake from Greats Non-Hits, Vol. 1, album (2003). It is one of the more recent of 6 different versions of this song, which is an indulgence in irony.
Lyrics
Hey, don't get me wrong, I love music much as anyone But it's out of control, way out of proportion And right now there's more important things to be done So may I propose a moratorium... That's right...no more music
