Story behind the song
Apologies to all for the "really bad" production on this. I will attempt to fix it a bit very soon. Wasn't the best week for me to do a tune :(

what a journey - new ting happens after every corner, great song and play Bruce!!
So mellow in the Intro and lovely for the initial peace of the song, and then the sounds of the horses mix with the growing dynamic beat into the ROCK OF THE MIDDLE AGES - and then on to the "Rode to War". I think that this song may well be your best yet - but that is so hard to say as all of your music is always OUTSTANDING!!!!! Thank you for this rich music experience, Bruce, and the dl as well. One can feel the heat of the battle here. Dramatic guitar cryouts and squeaks with the roll drums completing the scene. Superb intro leading to the hostilities. Great guitar tone ! Bravo !

Diggin' the intro of suspense and textures, then comes the 1:48" mark and holy shinola! If this is what you call a bad production, you have me confused (not hard to do). ;) !!!

Oh yeah you can feel the brooding violence build up to the charge. Great battle scene soundtrack and amazing shredwork to boot. Production not as bad as you make out - a little limiter to stop the tymps clipping is all it needs - not too much though. Full of drama and excitement - great stuff Bruce!

Wow, this is a real shape shifter! You can really feel the build up to battle! Awesomely metallic and with the old ultraviolence.
