Story behind the song
The key motivation to writing this song is society with all it's faults. We as a band, a group of friends, and individuals recognize that our society is of poor quality and it never seems to better itself, Although our lyrics won't "change the world" or magically fix all of societys problems, we feel that writing this song vents our angered position on this subject. The song points out the disturbing fact that dissent, although good in thought, doesn't always follow through, whether it's from the apathy amongst the people or the powers that be that are keeping society in it's downward spiral.
