Story behind the song
One of the first songs I ever wrote was called "Raucous Jack." It's about a violent man who no one understands. The CD, "Last Band Standing" is really the return of Raucous Jack. The last song, "Howling Raucous," reveals the speaker of the story as the Raucous comes to his final decision.
