Lyrics
Ill never the know the answers To the questions That keep running though my mind Ever since you stole my heart I remember when I met you With your painted face You said that love is a game That you would win at any cost I suppose I'm just a dreamer You turned out to be a cheater You took me baby for everything that I had Now youre gone Now youre gone Without me Without me Nothing lasts forever Though I wonder Why we didn't last at all I woke up and you were gone In the end it doesnt matter That you hurt my pride Because I know time is my friend And someday she will lay me down I suppose I'm just a dreamer You turned out to be a cheater You took me baby for everything that I had Now youre gone Now youre gone Without me Without me Didnt you believe me When I said I love you so I guess you didnt need me I guess you had a place to go Without me Without me Ill never the know the answers To the questions That keep running though my mind Ever since you stole my heart In the end it doesnt matter That you hurt my pride Because I know time is my friend And someday she will lay me down [Repeat Verse 1 and Verse 4] I suppose I'm just a dreamer You turned out to be a cheater You took me baby for everything that I had Now youre gone Now youre gone Without me Without me Words and Music (c) 1985 by Jack Morris
