Lyrics
IT MUST BE X-MAS Take myself down to the store I gotta get a movin before it's too late Spend my money on all the toys Maybe I'll use that old fashioned layaway Have someone wrap the presents I bought I gotta go home and hide them in a safe place Maybe I'll buy all the presents from one store If the credit card has room for more I can't make the money go round I need ole santa to come to my town giving a nod up the chimney he rose At least that's how the story goes Put up a tree the biggest tree that I see Try to get a little deal so I wait for christmas eve Make a big dinner for the kids you and me Or maybe I'll sit on Old Santa's knee Have people come over for a christmas drink But hunny hide the good scotch keep it for me Decisions to make I just think and I think Gotta get my hair done, gotta look sweet The X-mas snow so white on the ground Good feelin all over town the rushing the running the crowded malls We love it we hate it we still deck the halls The wonderful Christmas lights shine Electric Bills getting higher Don't spend your money on me grandma says As she opens her presents with a smile Bake some pies sing christmas songs no one ever knows the words but we all try to sing the song Cook that turkey all morning long while the children play with toys God you gotta love the noise Remember the times when our families got along hope they don't come at least I hope they don't stay long The spirit of christmas in our hearts that is touched There'll always be someone who drinks way too much It Must Be X-mas oh It Must Be X-mas It must Be X-Mas Yeah! It Must Be X-Mas Dancer and Prancer get out of my way They start playing christmas songs right around labor day Don't mean to be a scrooge Everything's rushed everything's too soon Everybody's dreamin of a white snowy christmas Ho Ho Ho Ho Ho Til you're stuck in the snow I'm dreaming of a white christmas Let It Snow Jingle Bells Jingle Bells It Must Be X-Mas It Must Be X-Mas It Must Be X-mas Yeah! It Must Be X-Mas
