Originally recorded by Merle Haggard, this is a live jam at a rather large studio room. Darren DePledge is doing the vocal and he is playing rhythm guitar. I think Pat Neff is the drummer on this session, and cannot remember who played bass on it.

Story behind the song
I am a very wide variety musician and do everything from country, blues, 40's era, 50's, and all years and types of music from then until now, and still kickin', so Merle definitely is one of my C&W heroes. In my opinion Darren sang the hell out of this. All it took to make it presentable was equalization and editing. I did that using PreSonus Studio One Pro v2 DAW software.
