MataHari is a brand-spanking-new fusion of the best America and Europe has to offer these days. Rocking riffs saturated with 21st century innovative electro edge, thought provoking lyrics and passionate vocals that get under your skin. Shaun - the cornerstone of this band - was on a mission to find a singer/songwriter whose musical tastes and goals were on the same page as his and he found it completely with a little help from fate in Ivona (the best European "import" since sliced bread). Immediately after they met in March 2003 they went to work and by summer had material for a full length record, ready to take the scene by storm. In the meantime they found Chris (drums) and Frank (bass) , so the birth of MataHari was finally complete. Each of all four members is an irreplaceable part of this new, up and coming group and their stage presence, passion, creativity and talent are so intoxicating that all you want to do is to keep on listening, eyes glued to the stage.
