Story behind the song
"I think this song is self explanitory, for the most part. I wrote 'Insanity' during a time in my life when I was incredibly stressed out, almost overwhelmed, with financial issues, commitments, & extended responsibilities. Most of the things I talk about doing in the song have either been experienced personally or they are a visualization of what one might do when face to face with their breaking point. The music is mellow but powerful in a sense that it helps set the mood. Always remember: Broken glass is a b*** to clean up! So shatter responsibly, Folks" -Missy Malicious
