Do It Yourself Alternative
Since receiving his first guitar at age 12 (a 1965 Silvertone) Ryan has been writing and playing music for his personal enjoyment for more than 30 years. After years of putting his music on assorted cassettes (and a 8 year layoff to take care of career and kids) Ryan put Pro Tools on an old computer in the back bedroom and began writing, playing and recording music again. It's a life-long hobby for him. Ryan plays guitar, bass and keyboards and uses a drum machine for the beats.

Story behind the song
I was watching a documentary on the Foo Fighters. There was a part where Dave Grohl talked about how the group wrote a tune that was inspired by the crowd jumping up and down in unison during their concerts. This is my attempt to write a tune like that. The riff came to me one day while I was showering. I also got some inspiration from Prince on this one. Go figure, the Foo Fighers and Prince.
Lyrics
Here's come Louis walking down the street He puts the rhythm in my dancing feet He lays it down in 4/4 time The way the people move it should be a crime There goes Janie with the sky-blue eyes She wears that dress till it's back in style There there's Willie, looking for some fun He shoots the lights out with his tommy gun They come to party like it's Friday night They come to party and feel alright They come to party like there's no time left They come to party, so hard lose your breath
