Philthy Phactor is a solo artist from Pasadena, CA. The early 90's is when Philthy made his name a brand name. With projects like Money Hungry Vol. 1 and Money Hungry Vol. 2, he was influenced to do his solo project "Situationz Philthy" which dropped in 2007.
