Bryn: bass, guitar, vocals, all production (unless stated otherwise). The artistic and creative ideas of a mediocre procrastinator.
My name is Bryn Smyth. I am a song writer, and I play guitar and bass (bass being my principle instrument). I mostly play rock, metal, funk and jazz, but able to play almost anything. I have a Cert IV, Diploma and Bachelor of Music Performance and Graduate Diploma of Secondary Education. This account is for my solo work and demos; for fun. Not currently in a band.

Lyrics
"Mother's Call" B. Smyth Verse 1: I'm still concerned Am I safe in the reaches of space? What have I become? A nomad in an empty place This universe is growing long I know this red shift's very wrong They tried to pull a Laika on me Stranded and left idoling Verse 2: I'm still afraid Trapped into a metal shell I realise I'm crossed-by-two These wires will entomb me These push-and-shoving acrobats These hypnotists who get the last laugh A failure with a golden star But there's only one thing that I want Chorus 1: I want to go home I can hear my mother call She wants me home Verse 3: I'm still confused Renounce me while my back was turned I thought that they never would Extinguish themselves while I still burn Dressed blue like their enemy With heaven-bodies hurling at me I'll Vostok my way from the well But there's only one thing that I want Chorus 2: I want to go home I can hear my mother call She want me home Bridge 1: Sever transmission Reroute and amplify This black box by my side A tale from the sky Would you think, would you believe It's heavier than air we breathe There never was a mission here A coffin passed the stratosphere Inane strategic lies Masks over the serpant's eyes Don't believe, free your mind I'll try to make it home tonight Bridge 2: Navigation's haywire Hacking won't work and I tire Falling flat on my face Nauseatic in space Failing retro-rockets Like dislocated sockets See as the sun radiates Through this visor's last day No one hears my scream This was not my dream A vacuumed silencing In the cosmos scheme Bridge 3: Make my way by EVA Manipulate these frequencies Record my obituary The non-hero will seize the day Verse 4: I'm still alone A suited view of vacant seas I turn away Become one with the space debris Blue lips and gauges running low This pride and glory claimed its toll Although I try not to look back There's only on thing that I want Chorus 3: I want to go home I can hear my mother call She wants me home
