I have been making homemade demos of my original songs since 2003, at the age of fourteen. Since then I have played with numerous groups, starting with the Celebration Praise Team in 2004. In 2007, I was featured as the musical guest on Fox 13's "United Methodist Hour", performing an original song. In 2009 I formed Hillhouse, focusing mainly on my original compostions. Over the past year and a half we have played all over the midsouth, including the New Daisy Theatre and Rumba Room in downtown Memphis, Nashville's Pope's Place, Goodtime Charlie's in Tupelo, and the first annual Love Music Festival. In March 2010, we headlined the pre party for Minerva Music Festival (festival that featured Red Jumpsuit Apparatus and Saving Abel as headliners). In December 2010 we had the pleasure of opening for CCMA nominee Marlee Scott at Rebel 95.3's Miracle on 51 annual charity concert. In 2010 I also had the honor of performing as part of RT Scott's band in Southaven and also with Garry, Duwayne, and Dexter Burnside at the Fox Fire Ranch in Waterford.
