I'm a fifty nine year old musician. I play guitar, harmonica, and I sing.
My music, I hope, will not die when I die. I'm trying to create a legacy that my kids can listen to as well as other people should they want to. I'm getting pretty old, and my health is not good. But yeah. That about sums up my music thing. That looks more like an obituary. My brother Jimmy got me playing as a teenager, and he went to be with the Lord, as well as my brother Steve, but my love for music has not ceased. Not at all.

Story behind the song
Me and my 1st child were on the hammock, relaxing, swinging gently in the backyard. He was about a year old, and the words, and the music came to me together. I was just singing it out there. "Little babies don't grow on trees. They're not just because of the birds and the bees..." I knew the song was powerful, so I went inside, and the 1st verse came to me, along with the chorus, and actually a 2nd verse, which I've since discarded. The final verse came at church 30 years later, almost.
