A real mellow rock song capturing the beauty of Utah from the.people to the parks. I used to have a blast listening to this while mountain biking in Southern Utah. You should try it, or hiking.

MOTIVATIONAL SINGER/SONGWRITER
Hello to my audience! I'm so grateful for you. I really hope you enjoy this music and I'm working hard to keep making more. I'm ready to take my music to a new level and am starting to shop myself to record labels who I hope can help me become all I'm destined to be. I pray with all my heart that a record company with good connections to radio, great producers and touring will give me the opportunity to prove myself, both in the studio, on stage and in songwriting. That is my dream. I don't care about money, just the chance to make great music , build an audience and forge friendships with great people who are serious about music. My main genres are Folk/Folk Rock, Country Rock/Blues and Christian Rock. Thank you for checking me out!!

Lyrics
Intro: Em F#m G A A D Em A Just 3 hours away from Vegas is the place that I call home Where the Iron hills meet the gates of Heaven and the rainbows stand in stone Bm G Bm A Where the Virgin River flows down from Heaven and carves out this beautiful land Em F#m G A A And people come from all around the world too see where the hoodoos stand D G D A (Shout) Utah Rocks! Glowing in the sun in hues of red and grey " " In the cliffs of Zion reaching up to the sky " " I know I'm in heaven when I see snowcapped hills " " This place is a treasure, the people, the sights and the thrills D Em A From the mountains of Logan Canyon to the San Rafael Swell The rivers and winds carve out this land and it's a sight for all to tell Bm G Bm A It's no wonder the pioneers came to live here and believed it was the promised land Em F#m G A A And blessings were their inheritance for crossing the mountains so grand. D G D A Utah Rocks! Glowing in the sun in hues of red and grey " " In the cliffs of Zion reaching up to the sky " " I know I'm in heaven when I see snowcapped hills " " This place is a treasure, the people, the sights and the thrills G D A twenty minute drive takes me to another place A D Of ponderosa pines and high mountain lakes G D You can take that drive from any old place A G And any old town in this great Western state Solo: D G D G D G A A You can come here from New York City and you can come here from LA Wherever you come from across this planet, I know that youll want to stay But even if you gotta go home, wed love to have you back And I know that youll be dreaming of this place before you even unpack, 'cause Utah Rocks! Glowing in the sun in hues of red and grey " " In the cliffs of Zion reaching up to the sky " " I know I'm in heaven when I see snowcapped hills " " This place is a treasure, the people, the sights and the thrills UTAH ROCKS!!!

This song is amazing and it should be the national anthem of Utah. It touches on all the aspects of the state in a respectful and lyrical way. The presentation is wonderful.
