Story behind the song

There are four world map themes total. For "Twisted Mind and Body," this plays during act two, what I call the meat of the game, where matters are more intense, and there is a sense of bewliderment at what has happened so far, and towards what possibly is to come.  I wanted to really bring out the sense of uncertainity that the characters face in this overworld theme.
