Story behind the song
This song is based on the scripture Psalm 91-This verse is my “season” verse. The Lord has taught me that if we really could see through His eyes –wouldn’t we be amazed at all that goes on around us. The protection He gives us, the angels He commands concerning us, and all this he does because He loves us so and we acknowledge His name. This is the Psalm I have memorized to battle the enemy. Remember when Jesus was in the garden….He used the sword of the spirit (Word of God) against the devil. We should be prepared to do the same. This Psalm has taught me to be more of a warrior for Christ and to take hold of His promises, understanding they are more than text on a page. They are alive and active, sharper than any two-edge sword!
