An amateur Songwriter/Musician a work in progress
I've played in a few cover bands, started off playing lead guitar ended up playing bass, drums and even keyboards a few times and although it was fun never had any great success. I'm now more of an amateur song writer and trying very hard to come up with some songs that might impress someone enough to want to record them.

A story of love and endurance through hardship.
Lyrics
We're treading Water 1. Well I got paid off from the local factory Times grew hard for you and for me Two hungry mouths we had at home to feed Little one's too young to understand the need We knuckled down, prepared for the pain C We're treading water Hopin' to stay one step ahead of the game We're treading water Trying to keep our heads above the shame Were treading water. 2. You said you find some part time work Got a job in the town office as a clerk I found it hard, I'm old school, I had my pride But with the bills mounting I lay that all aside Clung to one another, when fear came in the night 3. I asked around there's no work to be found We talked about us and the kids leaving this town Final reminder bailiffs knockin on our door Bruised and battered can we survive much more The candles burning low, though faint we pushing on lyrics by Steve Salterszo
