BIOGRAPHY
My name is Pierre Opperman, a.k.a (oppie), and I am an artist who plays “Acoustic guitar/vocalist, and was formerly a drummer.
I have been playing guitar for approximately twenty-six years.
In Oct 2001, I recorded a 2x song demo-cd called “Karma” at Manley Studios, Pretoria.
“Who’s to know” and “In & Out” were produced by Sean Manley of “Manley Studios”, who also engineered/mixed the songs and did lead-guitar-fills on both tracks.
In April 2008, I recorded an EP, consisting of 5x songs at Peace of Eden Recording Studios, Knysna (www.peaceofeden.co.za)

Influences:
My earlier and current influences include Bread, the Bee Gees, Elton John Coldplay, David Gray, Cat Stevens, and I have not deliberately tried to sound like any of the afore-mentioned bands / artists.
