1. LEASING RIGHTS $40 - You will receive a MP3 file of the song. These files can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD. Leasing rights will allow you to use the beat for one commercial for-profit recording or broadcast. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional or demo use. As the producer I still own the full rights to the beat/track and have full control over it. If you buy with this option, the beat/track will not be taken off the availabilty list and more artist can continue to buy this track with any of the three purchasing rights. 2. EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS $400-$600 - You will receive a MP3 file of the beat (or song), and/or a copy of the raw WAV files. The song file can be delivered digitally or through the mail on a CD. Exclusive rights grant you unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. You have full rights to record, alter, mix the beat/song in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the beat). You will receive a contract in the mail granting you exclusive rights to the beat. You own the recording!!! Chris may no longer lease or sell the beat/song, except for prior leasing rights holders and his/her own promotional page (no downloads there). You must give full credit to Chris on all commercial recordings. 3. CUSTOM BEATS - Custom beats are available for artists and record companies who are serious about putting together an artist's Album/EP project. Custom beats are sold to only one user and the exclusive rights to use the obtained custom beat cannot be resold or transferred to any other party.
