Hi Folks, We are Pure Heart! We are from Northeast Mississippi around the Tupelo-Pontotoc area We all met for the first time at a mutual friends birthday party that was at a seafood resturant. Darla Robinson (lead vocalist) was there talking about that she had a couple of fun ventures singing on broadway (NY), but her heart was at singing christian music and of course that caught the ears of some of us musicians nearby. We kind of regrouped at a table, and the topic then became about music, and how we all had christian music backgrounds. That was 4 years ago and a few concerts ago. We come from a vast difference of work backgrounds, lets see, we have a Doctor, A TV station owner, A youth director, a cattle salesman, and an Appliance store owner. Amazing what God can put together from 2 fishes huh? (grin) All of our music is self written and home produced, well except for a few traditional hymns that we put our own twist on.
