Story behind the song
It explains a story of a guy ruining a girl's security and self esteem from when he dated her and now she is left to trusting no one and hates herself. The song is about how another guy is coming in to try and repair the damages the first guy left. Metaphorically speaking of a city being destroyed and being rebuilt.
