I am very pleased with what Anna was able to come up with for my instrumental. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!!
melodic piano soundtrack relaxing mood world peaceful
Artist picture
My music is a collage of world themes and sounds. It is often peaceful and it sounds like it would belong in a movie soundtrack.
I was born in Logan Utah. When I was three my family moved to Olympia Washington. My parents introduced me to their antique upright piano when I was five years old, and my love for the piano began. When I was ten my parents separated and I moved to Seattle, Washington with my mother and away from the piano. The next year I was given my first keyboard and I began to compose my first melodies. When I was 14 I moved back in with my dad and was reunited with the piano. In the years that followed I continued to create music on the piano. In early 2000 I got my first Roland synthesizer and began exploring different world music themes. In the ensuing years I expanded my repertoire and produced sixteen CDs. In 2005 my mother gifted me my very own piano. My music can best be described as melodic, emotional, and varied. My other passion is fine art. Since I was old enough to hold a pencil I was drawing mountains and nature landscapes. My band name is derived from my love of painting. All cover art is from my original paintings. The painting on the cover of 'What it Is to Love' was inspired by a trip to the Olympic Rain Forest in Washington State.

Beautiful by design Ian Henderson & Anna Lang 00.38 I’m outta my head When it comes to loving you still pages unread Tells the story of us two 00.56 A number of things That we still have left to do With love in reserve There’s enough to see us through 01.13 pack all the clouds and then fold them away the future will be just fine plan what you want to ignore what they say it’s Beautiful by design 01.53 More than I deserve Sharing everything with you There’s no where to turn And it’s more than I dare do 02.11 I can’t even think Of my world if not with you It’s strange and absurd But enough to see me through 02.29 pack all the clouds and then fold them away the future will be just fine plan what you want to ignore what they say it’s Beautiful by design 02.48 pack all the clouds and then fold them away the future will be just fine plan what you want to ignore what they say it’s Beautiful by design adlibs to fade © Copyright Henderson & Lang 2011

Nice song, calm and peaceful. A bit poppy for my taste, but cool for that genre. I can imagine hearing this on the radio someday. Regards, Sebastian
