News: New song "Moose Madness". 2nd album completed and is up for sell (Use the link below to buy Dumm Moose cds). New albums comming soon (Unholy Recordings, and Live album). Comming soon: 2 albums, Unholy recordings, and a live album. http://store.mixonic.com/dummmoose Come back for updates. Dumm Moose was a project Mr. Moose started in the summer of 2003. While Withersoul was thinking about lyrics for a song Mr. Moose thought words like "You Must Die". He liked necro bands like Darkthrone and wanted to make a necro band like them. Although he didn't have the stuff to record with. Days later Mr. Moose was playing around with computer mic and relized it sounded necro-like. Around this time he was learning how to play keyboard. Then gave him the idea of using his casio keyboard and recording him playing it and sing. And thats how Dumm Moose formed. When the song "You Must Die" was recorded Mr. Moose just looked at it as a silly idea. The idea of making a mp3 and iuma page for that song ammused him. So he decited to make it. His friends thought it was great so it cheered him on to make more songs. "You Must Die" was based on mocking black metal. Each song is based on mocking a style of music. On Dumm Moose's first album, it mocks black metal, pirate metal, doom metal, death metal, Gothic metal, trance, and emo music. Dumm Moose will never be able to play live (Unless Mr. Moose makes a cd with just the music and no vocals). Even then songs like You Must Die, Insane Pirate, Doomie, and death chaos will never be the same way as it was recorded (Vocal wise).
