Story behind the song
Interesting trivia: this piece is actually in A minor when using A415, and it's tuned in C 1/4-comma meantone. So if you wanted to play it on a normal piano (A440) in meantone, you'd need to tune it to B 1/4-comma meantone. Of course, I don't know who would want to do that anyway.....
