'Rainbow' is a live recording of an ambient, smooth, instrumental jam.

Story behind the song
Rainbow was my first instrumental jam. It began as a 'groove' in the bedroom of my first college apartment. It's duration was usually about 2:30. As I grew as a player/songwriter, rainbow grew as well. It became instilled with phrases that became 'trademarks' to the once completely impromtu jam. Using the 'trademarks' as guidelines, it remains about 70% improvised - the duration now spans from about 5:00 to 15:00, depending on the elements of show (the crowd, venue, how the song 'feels.')
Lyrics
In this particular version, there are no lyrics (However, there have been on occasion - this is one of the earlier live recordings of the song).
