Well-produced, drum machine programmed blasts, off-beat slams and guttural vocals.
http://www.myspace.com/splatteredentrailsBegun in 2004 as a one-man side-project, has undergone many lineup changes over the past. Back to a one-man project, Splattered Entrails has established it's name in the game. A project of Mike O'Hara (Malodorous & Cordectomy) that allows him to record whatever death metal is on his mind outside of Malodorous or Cordectomy. The inclusion of a drum machine allows for the never ending possibilities of punishing death metal, however, always allowing the utter brutality to seep through. Splattered Entrails, hitting the 'reset button' (YET AGAIN) is focusing on being a one-man project, delivering all the painful, punishing, tragic and disgusting mixtures of death metal into one unstoppable conglomeration. Prepare for new material in 2011, to be released independently, and available on CD.

Story behind the song
This song was thrown together quickly. I had originally intended for it to be on a full-length that I had canceled entitled "Degenerative Morbosity". The theme of this album was all about computers, computer viruses and cyber terrorism. If you research "ELIZA" on Wikipedia, it'll give you the history of this computer program, which actually simulates a psychotherapist fairly accurately. I liked the idea, however, the lyrics have nothing to do with the story behind the title. Then very shortly after I recorded this song, my girlfriends cat had kittens so I took one and named her Eliza. Lol.
Lyrics
In utter disgust with the human race, The gears lock and start to crank, Disbelief leads me to believe, You've sacrificed your sanity, Eliza, Invade.
