Music for your heart and soul.
Not really what you could call a band. It's just me! Music has always been a passion of mine. I have been playing one instrument or another since I was big enough to sit at the family piano. I played tenor sax in my high school band and played around a little with the guitar. I found six strings to be a bit too much and I soon picked up my first bass. Bass guitar seemed to be perfect for me. After I got the hang of the bass the six string didn't feel nearly as awkward. I started out playing in garage bands like most everyone. I played in club bands for many years until I got totally burnt out from the road and dealing with club owners. Sure I miss the live performances but now days I'm perfectly content to plug a guitar into my iMac and just do my thing.

Story behind the song
They fell in love for the very first time, beneath the moss covered Oak Tree down by the riverside.
Lyrics
Southern stars in the southern sky A little bit of Heaven in my eyes Smell the sweet Magnolia blooming in the night. Southern girl meets a southern guy They fall in love for the very first time Beneath the moss covered Oak Tree Down by the riverside Here in Dixieland We say Sir and we say Ma'am From Virginia down to Alabam Jacksonville out to San Antone We are living that southern dream The best that we can Here in Dixieland Southern night and the southern day Walking barefoot on the Georgia clay Feel that hot summer wind that's blowing Through the trees Southern live and the southern way Watch with us as the children play Beneath the moss covered Oak Tree Down by the riverside Here in Dixieland We say Sir and we say Ma'am From Virginia down to Alabam Jacksonville out to San Antone We are living that southern dream The best that we can Here in Dixieland Listen here now Don't want to know how you do it up north We don't give a damn That ain't the way we do it here in Dixieland Here in Dixieland We say Sir and we say Ma'am From Virginia down to Alabam Jacksonville out to San Antone We are living that southern dream The best that we can Here in Dixieland We say Sir and we say Ma'am From Virginia down to Alabam Jacksonville out to San Antone We are living that southern dream The best that we can
