Story behind the song
This tune was created while I was watching the fall of the 'Berlin Wall'. It was a monumental moment, yet, I see a future where one's freedom, political beliefs, spiritual beliefs, sexual orientation, et cetera, won't be the subject of the day, but rather, do I need to filter my water today? Is a Sun Suit required today? How's the air? Do I need my tanks? I hope this food is safe to eat...... So with all the excess junk on this planet, which there is a lot of, lying around and polluting the Earth with leaks and gasses, etc. We should be scrapping it and making wiser decisions about the next hole we carve into this planet, to put up a structure, which more than likely will have a for sale/lease sign up in the window within five years..... Lyrics
Kill a Machine Wake in the morning, the smell of the street There is a pounding in my head, Don't know if we are alive or..., we are dead. Remember long cool evenings, the air was so sublime. Remember our sweet sunshine, when it used to be so kind. Plant a seed, make it green, kill a machine. Save a tree, save a stream, kill a machine. We all live together, on this spaceship called Earth. And we share the same future, could be better, may be worse. We're all watching, walls fall down. While fortune's wheel, always spinning, Going round and round and round. Plant a seed, make it green, kill a machine. Save a tree, save a stream, kill a machine. Don't despair, show you care, kill a machine. Make a stand, save the land, kill a machine. Um bia ngia engail a, Um bia ngia engail a, kill a machine. Um bia ngia engail a, Um bia ngia engail a, kill a machine. Um bia ngia engail a, Um bia ngia engail a, kill a machine. kill a machine.
