The state of American politics is dire. This anthem song for the people was written and composed by multi-genre super-producer URBOYNED. The power is truly in our hands.

Story behind the song
--A bad dream about politics brought about this headline: "In other related news... The government has just implemented a new security curfew on all persons aged 45 and under. Effective immediately, anyone that is seen after 8 p.m. will be subject to search, seizure and arrest. The maximum sentence for breaking ANY security curfews or warnings is the death penalty." --which in turn brought about the song...which is about the world in general.
Lyrics
What The World Became... "It's what the world became" A place of misery, guilt and pain Understand, that the ones That choose your plans - can't comprehend Make amends, to relieve Yourself from grief before the end "What the world became" A sudden gleam of hope; now held detained "It's such a shame" It's right here in your face, but you're too profane "I want to make it change" But I alone am nothing more than a grain "Now who is to blame?" For our ignorance and pride; not worth the name Jets in the air, but I don't care It's time to see the truth It's time to see a new reality Constructed from our youth "What the world became" A sudden gleam of hope; now held detained "It's such a shame" It's right here in your face, but you're too profane "I want to make it change" But I alone am nothing more than a grain "Now who is to blame?" For our ignorance and pride; not worth the name There is power in the air
