A maudlin song from a lonely person perspective.
Story behind the song
This one's been redone for ages - and quite beautifully. I have always loved this tune, but, felt it needed to be sung from an uplifting - rather than maudlin perspective. After being inspired at a Steely Dan concert a few years back, I went back to this song and rewrote all the transitional phrases. I recorded all tracks save for the drum line. Hope you like it!
