Punchy Indie rock questioning whether we can achieve the Utopian State
Funky Indie Rock band playing a cavernous range of female fronted numbers
Bridgefield are a collective of quite outstanding musicians who pour heart and soul into every composition. Currently numbering three; Rob Goss on Bass; John Woods on Guitar and Martin Kent on Keyboards, the band is half way through engineering their second CD; "Take It AS Red" which is the follow up to their first offering; F1RstLY which was released in 2000. The new album is due for release in the Autumn of this year. Once finished the band plan to bring on-board a singer and drummer to take the new songs out on the road.

Story behind the song
The song is an examination of how unachievable a Utopia state is. It contains some really wierd keyboard passages and appears to lose it towards the end before rounding off with a hugely mellow cadenza.
