Story behind the song
This song started out as an instrumental. I'm looking for vocalist for my projects. I got in contact with Mark Haigh and Alan Keillor through the cakewalk forums and they were interested in doing a collaboration. They added lyrics, vocals and solo guitar to the song. Thanks guys!
Lyrics
Death Parade Cavalcade, the death parade, Devolution of your soul, Man can find , He`s been left behind, In a world he can`t control As i lay here in the end Tortured ,beaten, bent & broken words cannot be denied a shallow cry from the unspoken Cling to life ,no more shall i for the end is soon to come join in the death parade and march with the banging drum Visions of a brutal society, peace on earth that will never rise death is not the end of us it`s only a disguise I lay here in my end, a proper burial for my soul End of evolution, Devolution takes it`s toll People losing everything People losing control The bitter comfort in the end The death patrol gains your soul Evolution,Devolution, No solution Devolution,Retribution,Attribution And in the end Retribution of your soul. As i lay here in the end Tortured ,beaten, bent & broken words cannot be denied a shallow cry from the unspoken Cavalcade, the death parade, Devolution of your soul, Man can find , He`s been left behind, In a world he can`t control In a world he can`t control In a world he can`t control Evolution,Devolution, No solution Devolution,Retribution,Attribution And in the end Retribution of your soul.
