Story behind the song
My mon had recently finished her CD - and so I was working on applying what I learned from her and writing different stuff. One day we were on a trip and I said, "Mom - I want to write a song. But not about love and stuff - but something important to kids." My cousin had been to Iraq and I guess that's where our minds were, because that's how the story evolved. It ended up being a love story after all!
