Oh now you're sorry.
Pretty self explanitory
What Do You Mean
By A. J. Howard
Cried until I could not see. When you said you want to leave. (and)
I no longer make you happy. I just could not believe
I begged and pleaded for you to stay. Even got down on my knees.
You said that there was no way. For you to stay here with me.
What do you mean that you’re sorry. What do you mean that I was right.
It’s a little too late for your apologies. It’s a little too late for us tonight.
So I walked you to the front door. We said our second goodbye.
Then I strolled back down the hall floor. And I sat down and I cried.
Now I lie awake in my bed. Wondering what might have been.
The walls echoing the words you said. Why’d you even come back again.
