I am a 21yr old female singer/songwriter going by the name Enduring Pain. please listen and let me know what you think of my music.
Hi. I am Enduring Pain. I am a 21yr old singer/songwriter from Chantilly Virginia. Almost all my songs are written and recorded in my bedroom with just my computer, a mic, my electric piano, and my guitar, so quality of recordings is not great, but overall i think you might like the songs. I invision my songs to be along the styles of Evenescence, but i do not have access to an electric guitar or a drum kit, so they turn out as acoustic/alternative songs.

Story behind the song
i had a nightmare one night about my father fighting and me not getting to let him know i was still his little girl... so i decided to write a song about it. that and i had a poetry project due in creative writing, so i figured why not.
Lyrics
(Verse1)- Wrapped in Daddy’s arms, feel so safe and warm He tucks me in and kisses me goodnight Leaves the hall light on, morning won’t be long I know everything’s all right (Chorus)- And I say “Daddy why is the sky blue? Why does the thunder sound so mean? Daddy, look what I can do. Tell me, do animals dream?” He says, “You know I love you With every bit of my heart I’ll always be here for you Nothing can make us part No matter what happens in this world You’ll always be my little girl” (Verse 2)- Wrapped in Daddy’s arms with a diploma in my hand He looks so proud of me Leave for college soon to help me understand Everything this world has to see (Repeat chorus) (Instrumental break = chorus) (Verse 3) - Wrapped in Daddy’s arms, he walks me down the isle For the last time he holds his baby Gives away my hand and forces a smile As a single tear rolls down his cheek (Chorus)- And I say “Daddy, why is the sky blue? Why does the thunder sound so mean? Daddy, look what I can do Tell me dad, do animals dream?” I say, “You know that I love you With every bit of my heart You know that I’ll be a part of you Even when my new life starts No matter what happens in this world, I will always be my daddy’s little girl.”
