My wife and family have moved to our (final?) new home ahead of my retirement, leaving me on my own for a few months. In this time without them around 24/7, I've begun to realize just how much value my family adds to my life and what a precious gift God gave me in the form of my wife. The intense joy of this realization coupled with the relative loneliness of the moment were the inspriation for this song.
